With many families having working parents and children in school, the Town of North Hempstead, along with Town Clerk Ragini Srivastava, are extending office hours specifically for processing passport applications.

Applicants should call 516-867-7977, or 311, to make an appointment and obtain information and details on required documents, passport photographs and acceptable forms of payment.

The Town of North Hempstead will be open from 5:00pm-7:00pm,  twice a month , to process passport applications only as specified on dates below..

This offer is available to all US residents throughout the country as it is not restricted to only resident of the Town of North Hempstead or Nassau County residents.
